If you have experienced a loss, we would love for you to join us. You will certainly be blessed. Our prayer is that the Lord will use those of us who have experienced the death of a spouse to help another sister or brother to find God's strength through fellowship and prayer. Ministry to the Homebound
(Convalescents and shut-ins)
You can visit, take tapes of the Sunday services, pray with and inform them of church happenings. Sometimes it is as simple as just listening, giving an encouraging word, and notifying the church of special needs.

Our desire is to minister to bereaved family members by serving a meal on the day of the funeral. There is always a need for additional help in this area. If you are not presently on a care group and would like to bless the body of Christ, please sign up today.

Ushers Ministry
During each service approximately 16 men assist with seating the attendees as well as serving the congregation as they worship with their tithes and offerings. Ushers serve as greeters, emergency personnel, and assist the church family in other ways as needed.

Versatile Circle
A ladies group designed for all ages. Our meeting consists of a time of food and fellowship, a guest speaker and a time of praying for one another's needs. We welcome all ladies. They meet the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm in Shavers Hall.

MAPS (short term foreign missions trips)
MAPS is a national ministry of the Assemblies of God whereby churches send teams of construction and medical volunteers to foreign countries for 1-2 weeks to assist Assemblies of God missionaries.

Tiempo de Esperanza
The Spanish ministry of Evangel Temple meets on Sunday nights at 6 pm and Wednesday nights at 7 pm. We have a great time of worship and ministry for the Spanish community in Columbus.
Secretary-Sunday Registration
This ministry is a Sunday afternoon and Monday Morning ministry that assists the Pastoral Care office with the Sunday registration. We must transfer attendance names to the roll for computer entry.
Single Life @ ET
We offer three Sunday School classes each week for singles of all ages. Young Adults Christian Life 30-60, Young Adult Discipleship 25 & up, and Singles and Doubles 50 & up.
Divorce Care
